How To Open UCash Mobile Banking Account

UCash the UCBL (United Commercial Bank Limited) Mobile financial service. Is not too long they are start providing mobile banking service in Bangladesh. You can start your mobile banking journey with them, many people using their services. It's very easy to open an account in UCash by following some simple steps.

To open an account:

Go to your nearby UCash agent along with-

• Mobile phone
• A copy of your photo ID 
• Two copies of Passport size photographs

Collect the account opening form from the agent and fill up the form with your valid information. In the end, of form correctly put your thumbprint and signature. Submit the form to the agent and don't forget to collect a return copy of the form (customer copy) from the agent.

After completed the formality of form submitting also submit your all document to the agent. Agent will chek out your all document and open a UCash account from your mobile phone.

Now you can access your account by dialing *268# from your mobile phone. Set up a PIN code like this “787878” and keep you PIN secret all time. You can change the PIN code any time from your account menu. 

The main problem of UCash after opening an account you can only deposit money until your account verification. They will verify your account within 7 working days before this you can't use other services of UCash except cash in service. Try to given all document (photo ID, National ID, Passport or Driving License)  with the form otherwise also they will not verify your account. 

After completed the following steps successfully your mobile number will become your UCash account number and you can enjoy all services of UCash mobile banking.
