NID photocopy

How to open an account:

• Collect the KYC form from the agent.
• Fill up the form with valid information
• Attach photograph and NID photocopy with the form and submit to the agent.
• Agent goes to Customer Registration Menu and inserts customer mobile number
• After few minutes, customers will attend an IVR call for setting a 4 digit secret pin code. (it's a very important part for customer because customer can't withdraw money without verifying secret pin code so try to remember this pin and don't share this pin code with another person) the customer can also set this pin code from USSD flash menu.
• A mobile account is created in DBBL system which is customer mobile with one check digit
• Customer will receive a confirmation SMS which contains his/her mobile number.
• Remember your check digit. 

The normal mobile number is 11 digits but your dutch Bangla mobile bank account number will be 12 digits. If your mobile number is 01200998877 then your mobile account number will be 012009988773.
Required 100/- taka for the initial deposit. Don't worry you can withdrew this initial deposit after complete registration.
