How To Open a Trust Bank Mobile Money (TBMM) Mobile Banking Account

Trust bank mobile money (TBMM) the Trust Bank mobile banking service. By using this service, you can complete your regular deals such as deposit and withdraw money, account to account money transfer (P2P),  business to person payments (B2P), Person to business payments (P2B), Government to person payments (G2P), Bangladesh Navy Recruitment Fees (BNRF) payment, Passport fees payment, Cadet College admission & tuition fees, Foreign Remittance, Bangladesh ARMY recruitment fees, Utility Bill Payment, Online Laptop/Notebook purchase, School Banking: and so on. It's very easy to open an account, just follow the below instruction.

You can open an account at any branch of the trust bank or any agent approved by trust bank. TBMM account who has a mobile SIM of any mobile company will fill up the customer form and submit to the Officer/agent. 

To open an account, one needs the following:

• 1 copy of passport size photograph

• Photocopy of your National ID Card / Driving License / Passport/ Birth Certificate

• One copy passport size photograph of your determined nominee (signature attested by the customer)

• Photocopy of SIM registration form (optional)

Agent / Officer will open an account based on the information provided by you and after completed the account opening you will receive a short SMS which will confirm you to the opening of the account. Now your mobile number will become your mobile money account. Then set up a secret PIN code by sending an SMS and keep your PIN secret.


This MOBILE MONEY mobile banking service is available for all mobile phone user. You can send WORDS as SMS to 16201 except GrameenPhone user and  01190016201  for all operators. Minimum SMS charge is applicable.
